About the Artist

Jake Jacobson is a 23 year old rising star on the country scene. No stranger to the country music world, he grew up around his Dad's honkytonk group "The Shooters" in the early 2000's. Born in a rural logging/railroad town in Northern California, Jake is a throwback kid from the sticks. His homegrown, small town roots are felt and heard in his lyrics and tone.

Jake draws influence from artists like Josh Turner, Scotty McCreery, George Strait, Luke Combs, and Cody Johnson.  He will be releasing his debut self-titled EP in the Fall of 2020. When he's not playing music, Jake enjoys camping, hunting, fishing, and drinking ice cold beers with the boys at the lake.

Jake is backed by lead guitar player Nick Palacio, Bass player Jared Cambridge, Drummer Andrew Kinsey, and Rhythm Guitar/Pedal Steel player Dalton Kaady. He has headlined three shows at the Virginia Street Brewhouse in Reno, NV, in addition to opening for National Touring acts Jason Boland and the Stragglers, Logan Mize, and Leaving Austin.  He is no stranger to the spotlight, and previously has played in front of crowds of over 1000+ people. Jake takes charge of the stage, entertains with elite ability, and creates energy that connects with the crowd on a personal level.
